Biography

I was born in 1959, in a farmer's family , in Britany, France. I worked mostly in agriculture, practising and teaching organic practices. I also had workshops with children to make them live experiences with natural elements and try to give them the feeling of being grounded . This part of my life was strongly infused in relationships with all the elements : earth, water, plants and animals life, and all the energetic side of the changing seasons. I have been coaching people in their search to live their relationship with the earth and create their own activity in organic farming . In my forties, I discovered Tao, and I began to practise it with Benj Drouet . Besides I also develop what we call free dancing and also I sing in a choir . For me it is the same energy that flows in my being, body, heart, and spirit,  in all those practices.
