Tao Garden, Thailand, March 4–9, 2026
As both a participant and a speaker, I was absolutely thrilled by this congress—an extraordinary experience from both perspectives.
Over four intensive days, Grandmaster Mantak Chia personally guided us through the entire Universal Healing Tao®® System—a true journey through decades of Taoist practice and wisdom.
20 senior instructors from around the world taught partly directly at Tao Garden and partly via live video link from their home countries. Around 55 on-site participants and an impressive 270 online participants from every continent made this congress a thoroughly successful international event.
A Day at Tao Garden
The daily schedule was quite demanding: At 7:00 a.m., the Morning Exercises began on the Tai Chi Field, followed by breakfast. Afterward, the first extensive two-hour lecture awaited us. A free block at noon invited participants to relax in the pool or engage in personal practice—before four more lectures by senior instructors from around the world began in the early evening. The last lecture ended at 10:00 p.m. local time in Thailand. After a total of 15 conference hours per day, participants could then fall into bed or the swimming pool, exhausted yet inspired.
Thanks and Recognition
A huge thank you goes to Gillian Reid, who accomplished the impossible in organizing this event; as well as to the entire Tao Garden team behind the scenes, who made this congress possible in the first place. You are incredible!
