Biography

I started training in the Universal Healing Tao practices in 2000 when I was sick with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), anxiety and clinical depression. Using Chi Nei Tsang, the Inner Smile, the 6 Healing Sounds, Fusion and other UHT practices I healed myself completely. 

I became a full UHT instructor in 2007 after practicing the techniques for myself on a regular basis. After that I taught many classes in Chi Nei Tsang, the Inner Smile, 6 Healing Sounds around New Zealand. 

I also trained for several years with the Chi Nei Tsang Institute USA with Gilles Marin, becoming a fully qualified Chi Nei Tsang practitioner. I hosted Master Mantak Chia's only (as yet) visit to New Zealand in 2009.
