Biography

Hi, I'm Ambika.I'm a certified instructor of the Universal Healing Tao, a Tao Wellness Educator, and a Chi Nei Tsang practitioner. My mission is to empower individuals through the practice of Universal Healing Tao, focusing on self-healing, wellness, and self-empowerment. I've dedicated over a decade of my life to exploring the profound healing potential of Taoist practices. Over the years, I've deepened my understanding of these transformative techniques. I've diligently studied and practiced methods such as Tantric Emotional Detox Bodywork, which have become an integral part of my journey. My life's journey has been a captivating exploration of meditation, martial arts, and yoga, which began in my twenties. I see my role as a bridge, connecting people's experiences with Taoist practices, with an emphasis on physical and emotional healing and spiritual evolution. My primary passion is all about delving deeper into the study of the Universal Tao system and teaching its potent Taoist energy-longevity practices.
